Breast milk or formula is the main source of nutrition.
Start with 1 teaspoon of 10x rice gruel, and after about a week, add vitamins and minerals from vegetables and fruits. Let’s try protein such as tofu and white fish after the baby gets used to them.
・Cooking guidelines and methods
Start with a smooth, mashed mixture ( similar to the yogurt texture).
At first, we recommend 10x rice gruel, carrots, pumpkin, etc., which are less likely to cause allergic reactions.
As they get used to it, you can gradually reduce the amount of water and make a paste-like consistency.
・Amount and feeding method
Start with 1 teaspoon of weaning food once a day and increase the amount while checking the baby’s mood and physical condition, aiming for a total of 10 teaspoons one month later.
To get him accustomed to the spoon, give him only a small amount of food in his mouth at a time, and divide it into several portions. If the food comes out of the mouth, try putting a small amount on the lower lip.
